MOTO - Multidisciplinaire opleiding Trust Officer

The MOTO will fully prepare you to operate at boardroom level, navigating complex legal, compliance, tax, and financial challenges with integrity and precision. And as an official requirement set by Holland Quaestor (HQ), this course positions you to formally meet the criteria for acting as a Proxy Holder or Managing Director within the trust sector.

Legal Tax, Legal Compliance, Risk Analysis, Dilemmas in practice.
Learning objective: How to identify, manage and mitigate risks that may arise.
Practice: Large case study on risk management. Each participant is given a role and must see that all parts are applied.
