The masterclass starts with an interactive introduction to the theme of ‘integrity as professional responsibility’. It discusses current events, the underlying meanings given to the concept of integrity, and the importance of integrity for the employees themselves, for the organization and for the sector.

After actively participating in this training, participants will have an understanding of:
• Integrity, values, risks and opportunities in practice in teams and organizations;
• Their own core values and the elaboration of these in daily practice;
• Moral values and arguments;
• Deal with integrity issues and ethical dilemmas in their daily work, corresponding to the level of their professional duties and responsibilities.
