Training and development is one of the most important tools of our members to ensure that professionalism in the sector is continuously deepened and anchored. The expertise triangle of knowledge, skills and situational awareness is structurally honed and kept up-to-date to continue contributing effectively to safeguarding the integrity of the financial system.
It is one of Holland Quaestor's key areas of interest: learning and development. Holland Quaestor's members have agreed to and are committed to meet an annual CPD obligation, in line with and tailored to their role and responsibilities.
HQ organizes an annual series of Managing Directors (MD) sessions and has partnerships with trusted education partners for other CPD offerings. Regular alignment takes place between Holland Quaestor and these partners on choice of topics, sense of urgency and set-up.
MD sessions are open only to MDs working for HQ members. At the (other) CPD sessions, members and non-members may well meet and learn with/from each other.
Holland Quaestor also endorses the importance of the Basic Training Trust Officer programs (BOTO 1 and BOTO 2) and the Multidisciplinary Training Trust Officer (MOTO). So much so that it has made successful participation in BOTO 1 and MOTO mandatory for certain roles within member organizations.
