Certified Compliance Officer Course

Employees who work as a Compliance Officer at a trust office are required to follow a Holland Quaestor Compliance Officer course and obtain the corresponding diploma.

Every office must have at least one certified Compliance Officer.

The Compliance Officer must be registered with DSI.

The Permanent Education Obligation for the certified Compliance Officer is 20 PE points per year.
