Holland Quaestor (HQ) has been the branch association of trust offices in the Netherlands since 2012. It acts as a 'guide' for the members who all have a licence from the Dutch Central Bank [De Nederlandsche Bank] in a changing society. The continuous changes in the economic, financial and political world lead to constant adjustments and tightening in the field of legislation, supervision and types of (financial) services.
HQ represents trust offices that together account for a turnover of approximately 80% of the Dutch market. In this role, it is an important discussion partner for, among others, the Ministry of Finance and other governments, regulators such as the Dutch Central Bank [De Nederlandsche Bank] and for politicians. HQ wants to collectively respond proactively to changes and thus play a leading role in monitoring the integrity of the financial chain.
Media coverage
HQ is the spokesperson for the trust sector in general and its members in particular. In the interest of the trust offices, HQ provides both proactive and reactive comments on current developments.
