The MOTO is a thorough training with experienced professors and teachers from the field. The examination committee consists of several professors from different universities in the Netherlands, who guarantee the high quality of the training. Participants work with each other to better explore the various topics and increase their understanding in relation to daily trust practice. The training responds to current events and developments affecting the trust sector. The guidelines published by Holland Quaestor over the past few years have been integrated into the material offered. Six main themes, organized into 18 modules, cover the requirements that a Trust Officer must meet, but also what interaction this leads to between the various disciplines.
